Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern the use of the IOSentra service - a health-monitoring and assurance platform for CCTV and physical-security systems - and of this website. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of the organization you represent. Where a signed agreement exists between your organization and IOSentra, that agreement prevails.
The service
IOSentra independently verifies the health of CCTV and physical-security systems: device liveness, recording verification, image quality, clock drift, storage and retention, firmware compliance, incident management and a service desk. IOSentra monitors and reports on your systems; it does not operate them and does not store your footage.
Accounts & access
Access is provisioned by your organization's administrator - there is no public self-signup. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that your organization operates its CCTV systems lawfully, holds whatever notices and legal bases its surveillance requires, and is entitled to grant IOSentra access to the devices it connects. Device credentials you provide are used solely to run the checks you configure.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to access devices you are not authorized to access, attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except where law permits. We may suspend access that endangers the service or other tenants.
Service data & privacy
Your organization is the controller of the data in its tenant; IOSentra processes it on the organization's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. A data-processing agreement (DPA), including the sub-processor list, is available on request. Footage is never persisted by the service.
Availability & limitations
Monitoring depends on the reachability of your devices and networks - IOSentra cannot verify what it cannot reach, and no monitoring system detects every failure. The service is an operations tool: it does not replace your legal or contractual obligations, and it is not an emergency-response service.
Intellectual property
IOSentra and its software remain the property of IOSentra. Your data remains yours: we claim no rights over the configuration, incidents, tickets or other content in your tenant.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOSentra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages - including loss arising from unrecorded footage, missed detections or third-party device failures - and total liability is capped at the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate as agreed in the applicable order. On termination, your organization may request an export of its data; tenant deletion permanently drops the tenant's database - true erasure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Questions: support@iosentra.com.
